Max and Jack’s Room accepts Paypal, MasterCard, Visa and Discover (all run through Paypal).
For local orders that are local pick-up, we accept either cash or check as well as the above payment methods. All payment must be received at time of purchase. There will be a $35 fee on any returned checks.
Returns and Exchanges
Please contact me before you send any products back.
Items may be returned for either a refund or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Due to the nature of products sold, only new, unused, unwashed items in original packaging are eligible for return. Items also must be free of smoke, odors, pet hair, lint, etc.
All clearance, rental returned and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return/exchange.
The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs pertaining to the return or exchange (meaning you pay to ship the product back to me or in the event of an exchange, you pay for the shipping back to me and then back to you).

If you have received merchandise with a manufacturing defect, please contact me or the manufacturer directly.
Each manufacturer has different policies regarding manufacturer’s defects, so please contact me and I will help you get what you need.
Please do not send defective merchandise back to me without contacting me. In many cases, the merchandise will actually need to go to the manufacturer directly.
Because of my quick turnaround time on shipping, I am unable to process order cancellations. Please see above for our return policy.
At this time, we do not ship international. We only ship to US and APO addresses.
Free shipping is offered on all purchases of $15 or more within the United States. All orders up to $14.99 will ship for the flat rate of $2. There is an optional upgrade to priority mail for a $5 flat rate. I will ship the orders that have chosen the free shipping option in the most cost effective way for me, so in some cases that does mean priority, in other cases, it means first class mail. All orders will have delivery confirmation. I strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible, within 24 hours of receiving payment. For reasons beyond my control, I do not ship on Sundays. If you would like insurance, please indicate that in the comments when ordering. I am not responsible if your package is lost in transit.
Local pick-up on all orders is available in the Gurnee, Ill., area.
Your shipping address MUST MATCH your paypal address if you have paid through paypal. I will only ship to the address provided by paypal for security reasons. Please double check that your address matches.
If you are in the Gurnee, IL area and would like to pick up your order in person, please choose the local pick-up option at check-out. Orders will be held until you come to get them. As soon as I receive the order and process it, I will send you an email stating that the order is ready for pick up and I will offer you a set of times when you can come get it. If you have prepaid online with a credit card, no payment will be due. If you have chosen the cash/check option, payment will be due at the time of pick up. Typically, orders are processed the same day they are received.
